Project Manager MS 365 (RARR Job 5786)

Coordinate IT delivery activities across multiple enterprise software initiatives.

Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, and communicate clear business-ready status updates.

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on delivery priorities.

Manage work tracking and defect management using tools such as ServiceNow, Zephyr, or similar platforms.

Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and presentations using MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Support release coordination and deployment activities, including release readiness and go-live tracking.

Collaborate effectively with offshore teams across multiple time zones.

Facilitate meetings, follow-ups, action tracking, and communication across stakeholders.

Ensure adherence to delivery governance, timelines, and quality standards.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

4–7 years of experience in IT coordination, project coordination, delivery management, Business Analyst, or Release Management roles within enterprise software environments.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical updates into clear business communications and actionable insights.

Hands-on experience with work tracking and defect management tools such as ServiceNow, Zephyr, JIRA, or equivalent.

Strong working knowledge of MS Office 365 tools, including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Proven experience in stakeholder management across both business and IT teams.

Experience working with offshore and onshore teams across global time zones.

Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

🔹 Good to Have / Preferred Skills

Domain exposure to Retirement Platforms (e.g., Omni, batch scheduling, release weekend operations) or similar high-throughput back-office systems.

Familiarity with scheduling governance frameworks.

Experience with ATS form changes and release process updates.

Exposure to large-scale financial services or enterprise platforms is a plus.
