Experience with IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management ELM and PLM Teamcenter

Strong knowledge and experience in developing plugins for Rational Team Concert RTC
Indepth knowledge of IBM ELM tools RTC RQM DOORS NG
Proficiency in designing and consuming RESTful APIs
Indepth understanding of Open Services for Lifecycle Collaboration OSLC and Advanced understanding of OSLC integrations
Expertise in OSLC standards and protocols
Leverage Open Services for Lifecycle Collaboration OSLC to integrate IBM ELM with other tools and systems
Design and consume RESTful APIs to enable seamless communication between IBM ELM and other systems
Strong proficiency in Java programming language
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to plugin development and integration
