• MDM solution design and development: Data modeling, matching/merging rules, and data governance processes.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of IBM Infosphere MDM architecture,  functionalities, and best practices.
• Troubleshooting and Problem solving: Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to MDM solutions.
• Performance tuning: Optimize MDM performance for efficient data processing and query execution.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of MDM solutions, including data models, processes, and configurations.
• Mentorship and Training:  Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on MDM best practices.
• Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience: 8+ years of experience in Master Data Management(MDM) solutions, with a strong focus on IBM Infosphere MDM.

  Knowledge of data modeling and database design. 
  Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python). 
  Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server). 
  Experience with matching and deduplication algorithms.
