SAP FICO HANA Consultant(RARR Job 5052)

We are looking for a skilled SAP FICO Consultant with hands-on experience in S/4HANA to support our enterprise financial systems. The ideal candidate should have strong domain knowledge in Finance and Controlling processes, combined with technical expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support SAP FICO module implementations and support projects.

• Work on S/4HANA Finance components including Universal Journal (ACDOCA), New Asset Accounting, and Ledger Concepts.

• Design and configure Financial Accounting (FI): GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting.

• Configure Controlling (CO): Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA.

• Collaborate with business users for requirement gathering, gap analysis, and process improvements.

• Prepare and execute functional specifications, test cases, and training materials.

• Work closely with technical teams on integrations, reports, and enhancements.

• Provide post-go-live support and participate in system upgrades or rollouts.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in SAP FICO, with at least 1–2 full-cycle implementations in S/4HANA.

• Strong understanding of S/4HANA Finance innovations, such as:

  • Universal Journal (ACDOCA)

  • Parallel Ledger/Valuation

  • Real-time Integration between FI and CO

  • New Asset Accounting

• Good understanding of integration points with MM, SD, PP, and PS.

• Strong hands-on in configuration, testing, and user training.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
