Windchill Developer(RARR Job 4950)

Key Responsibilities:

• Minimum 5 to 8 years of industry experience in Windchill PLM Application Development.

• Strong understanding of Engineering R&D and New Product Development processes.

• Ability to customize PLM solutions in Parts Management, Product Structure Management, Configuration Management, Engineering Change Management, and Option & Variant Management.

• Extensive experience in customization using Java and Windchill REST APIs.

• Strong knowledge of Middleware and Windchill integration with enterprise applications like ERP, CRM, and MES.

• Hands-on experience with CAD systems and Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) products such as SolidWorks, CREO, and AutoCAD, along with their integration with Windchill.

• Deep understanding of Windchill-to-ERP integration; any relevant ERP integration experience is a significant advantage.

• Expertise in PLM solution architecture, covering all phases of the product lifecycle.

• Strong knowledge of technical architecture, design, installation, configuration, customization, integration, and performance tuning of PTC Windchill.

• Proven ability to build strong customer relationships, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality customer service.

• Experience in cost control, leadership, solution presentation, and team motivation.

• Hands-on experience in Windchill Technical Support and familiarity with ITSM concepts.
