Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Architect with deep technical expertise and strong solutioning ability. The ideal candidate can design end-to-end Salesforce solutions, navigate platform limits, and lead technical decisions across complex, large-scale implementations. This is not a purely advisory role; the candidate is expected to actively participate in hands-on coding (Apex, LWC) alongside the development team, lead by example, and contribute directly to solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Architecture & Solutioning
- 10+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 3+ years in Salesforce Architecture roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Platform, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Platform Events.
- Proven experience in end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture and design for large-scale enterprise implementations.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Architecture Patterns, Governor Limits, Performance Optimization, and Best Practices.
- Expertise in Salesforce Security Model – Profiles, Permission Sets, Permission Set Groups, OWD, Sharing Rules, Role Hierarchy, and Field-Level Security.
- Strong experience in Salesforce Data Modeling, including Custom Objects, Relationships, Data Migration, Data Quality, and Large Data Volume (LDV) management.
- Hands-on experience in handling LDV scenarios, Indexed Fields, Skinny Tables, Query Optimization, Data Archiving, and Performance Tuning.
- Expertise in designing and implementing REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), and Integration Patterns.
- Experience with MuleSoft or equivalent middleware platforms for enterprise integrations.
- Strong understanding of Flow, Process Automation, Apex-based automation, and architectural decision-making between declarative and programmatic solutions.
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, Git, Jenkins, Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, or equivalent deployment frameworks.
- Ability to define coding standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor development teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, requirement analysis, and technical leadership skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (Preferred)
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect
- Salesforce Certified System Architect
- Salesforce Platform Developer II
Good-to-Have Skills
- Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Einstein AI.
- Salesforce Data Cloud (Data Ingestion, Identity Resolution, Data Harmonization).
- AI/GenAI integration use cases, RAG architecture, and external data connectivity.
- Experience with OmniStudio, Experience Cloud, or Industry Clouds.
- Knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture and Microservices.
