Salesforce Developer (RARR Job 6480)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to design and deliver scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Architecture, Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Integrations, along with the ability to lead technical discussions and mentor development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and own end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and solution blueprints.
• Make architecture decisions on Flow vs Apex, LWC vs Declarative solutions, synchronous vs asynchronous processing, and on-platform vs external system processing.
• Design solutions optimized for scalability, performance, and Salesforce governor limits.
• Develop and review Apex, LWC, Triggers, and Flows while enforcing coding standards and best practices.
• Design Salesforce data models, including custom objects, relationships, indexing strategies, and data archival.
• Handle Large Data Volume (LDV) scenarios using indexed fields, skinny tables, SOQL optimization, and archival strategies.
• Implement Salesforce security using Profiles, Permission Sets, Permission Set Groups, Organization-Wide Defaults (OWD), Sharing Rules, and Field-Level Security (FLS).
• Design and implement integrations using MuleSoft or equivalent middleware, REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture (CDC).
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, CRM teams, and stakeholders to deliver enterprise solutions.
• Lead technical discussions, mentor development teams, and support release planning.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DevOps processes.

Good to Have

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce (Topics, Subagents, Prompt Design).
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data Ingestion, Harmonization, Identity Resolution).
• Knowledge of Prompt Builder, Einstein AI, External Data Connectivity, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience with Azure Salesforce DevOps, CRM Analytics, GitHub Copilot for Salesforce DevOps, Salesforce B2B Commerce (LWC), and Salesforce B2C Commerce (PWA Kit/SFRA).
