Salesforce Tester (RARR Job 6432)

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Automation QA Engineer with strong experience in Salesforce testing and test automation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Selenium and/or Copado Robotic Testing (CRT), along with a solid understanding of Salesforce applications, testing methodologies, and Agile development practices.

Key Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce QA and Test Automation.
- Hands-on experience in Selenium Automation and/or Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).
- Strong experience in testing Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience in designing, developing, executing, and maintaining automation test scripts.
- Good understanding of Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, and End-to-End Testing.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, objects, workflows, validation rules, and release cycles.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.

Good to Have:
- Experience with Copado DevOps or CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with API Testing (Postman/REST APIs).
- Knowledge of Git, Azure DevOps, or Jira.
- Salesforce or Copado certifications.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and/or Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).
- Execute Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, and End-to-End testing for Salesforce applications.
- Validate Salesforce customizations, configurations, and integrations.
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure high-quality releases.
- Identify, log, track, and verify defects through closure.
- Participate in sprint planning, test planning, and release activities.
- Contribute to automation framework improvements and continuous quality initiatives.
- Support CI/CD-enabled testing and release validation.
