Responsibilities:
- Support Product Owner and CRM teams
- Work on SAP Sales and Service Cloud
- Assist in implementation and support activities
- Perform testing (UAT, Regression, Integration)
- Create training documents and train users
- Manage data imports and quality checks
Skills Required:
- SAP CRM / SAP C4C knowledge
- CRM tools like Salesforce, Dynamics (optional)
- Agile and JIRA knowledge
- Advanced Excel
Experience: Minimum 4+ years in SAP CRM. Implementation and support experience mandatory.
Functional Work:
- Handle business requirements
- Work with cross-functional teams
- Provide user support and issue resolution
Key Tools:
- SAP C4C (Sales & Service Cloud)
- JIRA
- Excel
