SAP MM Consultant (RARR Job 6439)

We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Logistics to support implementation, enhancement, and production support activities. The ideal candidate should possess deep functional knowledge of SAP Materials Management (MM) with exposure to WM/EWM, Logistics Execution, and integration with other SAP modules. Experience in the automotive domain and Agile methodologies will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, support, and enhance SAP MM solutions on SAP S/4HANA (1809 or higher).

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day production issues while adhering to agreed SLAs.

• Work extensively on Purchasing, including Scheduling Agreements, Contracts, and Third-Party Procurement.

• Configure and support Stock Transport Orders (STO) for both intra-company and inter-company processes, including delivery processing.

• Support Logistics Execution (LE), Shipping, and Delivery processes.

• Manage logistics-related master data, including Material Master, Business Partner, and relevant SAP Fiori applications.

• Handle EDI/IDoc monitoring, error resolution, ASN (Advance Shipping Notice), and confirmation processing.

• Work on integrations between SAP and external systems, including SAP CRM, SAP FI, and non-SAP applications.

• Analyze and troubleshoot interface issues involving qRFC queues, APIs, and integration components.

• Participate in interface testing, defect analysis, validation, and resolution during project and support activities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with SD, FI, PP, and QM modules.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, testing, and deployment activities using Azure DevOps or similar tools.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of overall SAP Logistics experience.

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Logistics, preferably on S/4HANA 1809 or higher.

• Strong functional expertise in SAP MM with exposure to WM/EWM.

• Hands-on experience with:

  • Purchasing (Scheduling Agreements, Contracts, Third-Party Procurement)

  • Stock Transport Orders (STO)

  • Logistics Execution (LE), Shipping, and Deliveries

  • Material Master and Business Partner Master Data

  • SAP Fiori applications

• Experience in EDI/IDoc processing, error handling, ASN, and confirmation management.

• Knowledge of SAP integration technologies, including qRFC, APIs, and interfaces with SAP and non-SAP systems.

• Strong understanding of integration with SD, FI, PP, and QM modules.

• Experience in production support, issue analysis, testing, and defect management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Automotive or Aftermarket industry.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for sprint management and defect tracking.

• Exposure to interface testing and end-to-end business process validation.
