Senior AI Engineer (RARR Job 6173)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy GenAI-powered applications using modern frameworks and tools.
• Build and manage Agentic AI workflows using frameworks like LangGraph / Semantic Kernel.
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Work on prompt engineering, optimization, and evaluation for LLM-based solutions.
• Integrate AI models with business applications and user interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of AI systems deployed on cloud platforms.

Mandatory Technical & Functional Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python (must-have), along with exposure to Java or R.
• Hands-on experience in building backend services using FastAPI / Flask / Django.
• Practical experience with GenAI frameworks such as:
  • LangChain
  • LlamaIndex
  • LlamaParse / LlamaCloud
  • Semantic Kernel
  • LangGraph
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI concepts and implementations.
• Experience in prompt engineering and building end-to-end AI applications.
• Experience in developing analytical/modeling solutions using open-source and commercial tools.
• Full-stack development exposure:
  • Frontend: React / Angular / JavaScript
  • Backend integration with AI services
• Strong experience in data management and AI solutions on Microsoft Azure (preferred).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, and vector databases.
• Knowledge of Azure AI services / OpenAI / Cognitive Services.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and API design.
