Senior Automation Engineer: Cash Management + Selenium + Java (RARR Job 5795)

Key Responsibilities

Automation & Process Optimization

• Design and implement automation solutions for cash management and trade finance workflows using Java and automation frameworks.
• Automate processes related to payments, collections, liquidity management, and reconciliation.
• Support integration of host-to-host, SWIFT, and payment gateways through automated solutions.

Trade Finance Operations

• Automate workflows for LCs (Letters of Credit), BGs (Bank Guarantees), Bills for Collection, and Documentary Credits.
• Ensure compliance with UCP 600, URDG, and RBI guidelines in automated trade finance processes.

Requirement Analysis & Documentation

• Gather and analyze business requirements for cash management and trade finance systems.
• Prepare BRDs and FRDs for automation projects and system enhancements.

Risk & Compliance

• Ensure automation solutions adhere to RBI guidelines and internal compliance standards.
• Identify potential risks in automated processes and implement mitigation strategies.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy) to monitor automation impact.
• Analyze transaction and operational data for insights and continuous improvement.

Project Management & Testing

• Lead UAT for automation projects and ensure smooth post-implementation verification.
• Manage change requests, version control, and ensure timely delivery of automation initiatives.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong proficiency in Java and automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, or similar).
• Experience with API automation, workflow orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Cash Management solutions (payments, liquidity, reconciliation) and Trade Finance operations (LCs, BGs, SWIFT).
• Knowledge of BI tools for reporting and analytics.
