Senior Automation Engineer: SME Lending & Channels + Selenium + Java (RARR Job 5797)

Key Responsibilities

Automation & Process Optimization

• Design and implement automation solutions for SME lending workflows and channel operations using Java and automation frameworks.
• Streamline origination, credit appraisal, and due diligence processes through automation tools.

Requirement Analysis & Documentation

• Gather and analyze business requirements for SME lending and channel systems.
• Prepare BRDs and FRDs for automation projects and system enhancements. Should have worked on below products
• Corporate Internet Banking (CIB)
  - Host-to-Host (H2H)
  - API Banking
  - Trade Finance Platforms
  - Cash Management Systems
  - Corporate Mobile Banking

Risk & Compliance

• Ensure automation solutions comply with RBI guidelines, KYC, AML, and internal security standards.
• Identify potential risks in automated lending processes and implement mitigation strategies.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy) to monitor automation impact.
• Analyze customer and transaction data for insights and continuous improvement.

Project Management & Testing

• Lead UAT for automation projects and ensure smooth post-implementation verification.
• Manage change requests, version control, and ensure timely delivery of automation initiatives.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong proficiency in Java and automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, or similar).
• Experience with API automation, workflow orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with SME Lending processes, credit appraisal, and channel operations.
• Knowledge of BI tools for reporting and analytics
