UI/UX Designer(RARR Job 5435)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into design solutions.

• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively.

• Design high-fidelity screens and interactive prototypes using modern design tools.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs.

• Ensure consistency in design language, branding, and user experience across applications.

• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX.

Mandatory Skills:

• Figma (UI design & prototyping)

• Visio (workflow & process mapping)

• Adobe XD (UI/UX design & prototyping)

• Adobe Photoshop (image editing & design assets)

• Adobe Illustrator (vector graphics & icons)

• Wireframing & Screen Flows

• Figma Prototyping

Good to Have (Optional):

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks.

• Experience with usability testing tools (e.g., Maze, Hotjar).

• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
