We are looking for an experienced professional with hands-on expertise in Veeva CRM, Salesforce, and Veeva Vault who can support and customize CRM applications, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless business operations.
Key Responsibilities

Configure and customize Veeva CRM as per business requirements.

Provide L2/L3 support for technical and functional issues.

Work on modules/functionality such as Sample Management, Order Management, Account Management, and User Management.

Troubleshoot and resolve iPad issues, including Email-to-Case setup and configuration.

Analyze and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

Identify root causes and implement preventive measures to minimize recurrence.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address application issues and drive solutions.

Support end users by providing timely assistance and addressing their concerns.

Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity, compliance, and security.

Keep up with the latest technologies and industry trends related to Veeva and CRM platforms.

Ensure effective communication and coordination with all stakeholders.
Required Skills

Strong experience in Veeva CRM, Salesforce, and Veeva Vault.

Hands-on exposure to ITIL processes and incident/change management.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
