Job Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the Jewellery design team to produce innovative and high-quality designs.
• Oversee the entire design process, from initial concept to final product release.
• Conduct iconographic research
• Ensure designs align with brand aesthetics and market trends.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure cohesive product launches.
• Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive products.
• Manage design schedules and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the feasibility and quality of designs.
• Present design concepts and collections to management and stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop the skills of junior designers.

 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Jewellery Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Jewellery design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and high-quality Jewellery designs.
• Excellent understanding of Jewellery manufacturing processes and materials.
• Proven track record of managing design teams and projects.
• Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
