Position: AVP - Service Manager – Client Service & Ops
Function: Service
Location: Hyderabad
Reporting To: Regional Service Manager
Job Purpose
To ensure high-quality, efficient, and client-centric service delivery for Family Office and Private Wealth Management
clients. The role focuses on seamless transaction execution, proactive client servicing, and effective RM support.
Key Responsibilities
Client Service Delivery & Relationship Support
•Act as single point of contact for client servicing requirements
•Provide proactive and best-in-class customer service
•Ensure timely resolution of queries and escalations
•Coordinate with HO and internal teams
•Maintain and share portfolio statements
•Track all queries via QMS
•Support RMs during client meetings
•Ensure timely greetings and client engagement
Account Opening & Documentation
•Manage end-to-end Bank, Demat and Broking account documentation
•Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
•Follow up on pending documents
•Achieve 95% TAT adherence
•Maintain MIS on documentation and waivers
Transaction Processing & Portfolio Management
•Execute transactions across MFs, PMS, Bonds, Structured Products, etc.
•Coordinate institutional and portfolio trades with HO
•Manage PMS inflows and redemptions
•Ensure accuracy and timeliness of execution
Business MIS & Branch Administration (Non-Mumbai)
•Maintain regional business MIS
•Oversee branch operations and upkeep
•Manage bookkeeping and expense tracking
•Ensure timely vendor payments
