Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive inbound calls from customers
  • Answer client s questions, as well as question participants to obtain full understanding of what information/work is being requested.
  • Document all calls with regards to participant
  • Follow-up with clients and Workers
  • Provide quality customer service on every call.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with Clients
  • Promote teamwork and helpline number
  • Inspects work performed by departmental staff or by contractors to ensure compliance with job specifications and as per the standards.
  • Regular interactions with key clients to know the feedback
  • Manage relationships with existing clients.
  • Ensure all internal reports queries and solutions prepared and submitted on time
  • Respond to and follow up enquiries/issues using appropriate methods.
  • Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of AMC and maintenance and sustainable relationships.

Job Specifications (Requirements):-

  • Candidates should be from preferably from Facilities, Services Industry and call centres with at least 2 years experience
  • Open to work in rotational Shifts
  • Ability take ownership for their needs
  • Ability to meet the expectations of the customers
  • Good interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels.
  • Candidates should have a pleasing personality with good communication skills (Verbal and Written).
