HR Recruiter
Job Summary
This role focuses purely on talent acquisition for Tent Studio’s retail and corporate positions across Bihar, Jharkhand & Nepal. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end hiring, including sourcing, screening, candidate coordination, interview management, talent pipeline building, and maintaining recruitment dashboards. The position requires hands-on expertise in Naukri, Resdex, Apna, and other sourcing channels, with strong understanding of hiring for retail, FMCG, and frontline sales roles.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Sourcing & Screening

Source suitable candidates using Naukri Resdex, Apna, LinkedIn, referrals, field sourcing, and internal databases.

Screen CVs based on role fitment, experience, and job requirements.

Conduct telephonic screening and shortlisting for all retail and sales roles (Store Executive, TL, Branch Manager, Cluster, Sales Coordinator, BDE, etc.).

Build and maintain an active talent pipeline for high-demand and seasonal hiring needs.
2. Recruitment Coordination

Coordinate interviews with line managers and panel members.

Share interview schedules, reminders, and follow-ups with candidates to reduce no-shows.

Manage documentation before offer stage (KYC, application form, experience proofs).

Coordinate walk-in drives, campus drives, and local hiring campaigns.
3. Offer & Onboarding Support

Draft offer letters and maintain communication with selected candidates until joining.

Follow up on joining dates, ensure smooth onboarding readiness, and hand over documentation to HR Executive for further processing.
4. MIS, Reporting & Process Compliance

Maintain trackers: hiring status, sourcing channel efficiency, open positions, offer-to-join ratio.

Submit weekly & monthly recruitment dashboards to Manager HR.

Ensure recruitment processes are aligned with Tent Studio’s SOPs and Code of Conduct standards.
5. Stakeholder Management

Coordinate with Cluster Managers, Branch Managers, Operations, and Sales Leaders for staffing requirements.

Build strong vendor and consultant relationships where required.

Understand manpower planning and seasonal workforce requirements.
