Inventory Executive (Kaj Job/ 23)

1 Inventory Planning and Stock Replenishment:

• Conduct regular assessments of inventory needs and monitor stock levels at warehouse and branch levels.
• Ensure timely refilling of branch stock based on Minimum Stock Level (MSL) guidelines.
• Execute Purchase Requisition Forms (PRF) and initiate Purchase Indents (PI) for stock procurement.
• Plan and ensure on-time dispatch of inventory to branches to avoid stockouts.
• Analyze sales trends and market demand in collaboration with the sales team to forecast future inventory needs.

2 Cross-functional Coordination:

• Collaborate with the procurement team for timely and cost-effective purchases.
• Work closely with branch managers for inventory dispatch, stock transfer approvals, and monitoring.
• Align inventory availability with sales promotions and campaigns through coordination with the sales team.
• Ensure coordination with stitching and production teams to address stock or supply chain gaps.

3 Inventory Policy Enforcement and Data Accuracy: 

• Implement inventory management policies, SOPs, and ensure compliance across branches and warehouses. 
• Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and variance reporting.
• Oversee and validate accurate data entry for inventory transactions and maintain updated records.
• Optimize resource utilization to minimize wastage and improve inventory accuracy.

4 Reporting and Metrics Analysis: 

• Prepare and present periodic MIS reports with detailed inventory metrics.
• Track branch performance based on stock movements, and provide insights to improve operational efficiency.
• Generate actionable insights from cycle counts, sales patterns, and stock audit findings.

5 Compliance and Industry Trends:

• Ensure adherence to all legal regulations and company standards in inventory operations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and implement innovative methods to enhance inventory management.

6 Alignment with Organizational Values:

• Participate in team meetings to share progress, challenges, and suggestions for improvement.
