Job Description
2 to 3 years of experience in commercial collections preferably for IT & Software industry.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel & Reporting
• Client-friendly approach with demonstrated proficiency in building client relationships
• Effectively working on portfolios by reaching out to customer contacts (B2B)
• DSO result driven (understands financial targets and forecasting)
• Responsible for collecting payment for assigned invoices, measured on success of invoices collected in each aging category and managing unapplied cash with refunds / applications
• Highly effective with account reconciliations
• Knowledge of Credit Assessment & credit exposure by identifying potential risks and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
• Ability and skill set to prepare and distribute reports
• Problem solving & Dispute handling skills
• Understanding of basic quote to cash cycle
Experience/ Qualifications:
1) Requires Graduation degree.
2) Master's degree would be an added advantage.
