Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Partner Relationship Management:

· Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners aligned with company goals.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, including regular communication and engagement. · Negotiate and manage partner contracts and agreements.

· Resolve partner conflicts and address concerns effectively.

· Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.

· Channel Sales and Enterprise Sales experience with Telecom/IT Hardware background.

· Product experience of IT Hardware – Servers, PC consumable etc.

· Create, build and enhance business thru’ partners – SI’s and Resellers.

· Maintains and expands customer base by counselling sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.

· Mapping the customer entire expansion details and developing sales plan accordingly on the assigned accounts.

Sales Strategy Development:

· Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities within assigned channels.

· Create and implement channel-specific sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

· Develop channel marketing strategies to support partner sales efforts.

· Set sales quotas and performance metrics for channel partners.

Partner Training and Support:

· Provide comprehensive product and sales training to channel partners and their sales teams.

· Equip partners with necessary sales tools, marketing materials, and technical support.

· Conduct regular partner reviews and performance coaching sessions.
